Donation to Majuro Hospital

日本政府は発展途上国の多様化するにニーズに応えるため特定のプロジェクトに資金援助を行っています。１プロジェクトあたり1000万円を超えない比較的小額な資金援助をしています。草の根無償プロジェクトと呼ばれています。

The Japanese Government offers financial assistance for developing projects designed to meet the diverse needs of developing countries. The financial assistance supports up to $90,000 for a project. It's known as The Grassroots Grant Project.

本日、生まれたての赤ちゃん用のシンクと沐浴槽の引き渡しのセレモニーがマジュロ病院で行われました。草の根無償プロジェクトの成果です。

There was a ceremony for the delivery of a sink unit and a bath unit for infants at Majuro Hospital today. It was one of the projects.

来週帰国する仲間の看護隊員の最後の成果となりました。

This was the final job of a JICA volunteer working as a nurse at the hospital. She is going back to Japan next week.
