Next recruitment from JICA

私がNTAに来てから8ヶ月が経過しました。NTAから16ヶ月後の私の交代要員の要請をJICAにしました。公募は今年の秋に行われます。もう？時が経つのは早いものです。

It's been eight months since I joined NTA. NTA filed a request for alternative volunteer recruitment to JICA. My contact ends after 16 months. The public announcement of the recruitment from JICA for the volunteer will be opened this autumn.

I prepared a memo, including my idea for NTA internal discussion about the recruitment last month.

The 1st volunteer dispatched by JICA trained the engineers of NTA in Linux's computer technology for two years. And as the 2nd volunteer, I'm training them in VMware's server vitalization for two years. They will master overall the server management when my contract ends.

The 3rd volunteer will be expected to train them in the next level of server management. Can you imagine that? See the public announcement.

I filed the request for the recruitment for the 3rd volunteer to the local JICA office today after the internal final discussion.
