Gifts from Japan for Marshallese

マーシャルに戻りました。

I'm back home from Japan.

会社の同僚へのおみやげに日本からボールペンとシャーペンを持ってきました。NTAのオフィスの私のデスクのポットに入れておきました。自由にとってもらいます。マーシャル人はこういう日本の物が好きです。中国製にくらべて品質がよいからね〜。デザインかわいいし。

I brought two kinds of one-dollar pens from Japan as gift. I put them in a pod labeled "Take ONE" on my desk at NTA office. Marshallese love such things made in Japan because Japanese quality is very good. They also love Japanese cool design.

私の同僚はシャーペンよりボールペンを好むことがわかりました。ほとんどの人はボールペンを選びました。

彼らはボールペンを仕事で使うのですが、なぜかいつもオフィスからなくなっているからです。どこにいったのでしょうね？

I found out that my colleagues prefer ballpoint pens to sharp pencils. The most of them picked up ballpoint pens from the pod.

They really need ballpoint pens with their paperwork but their pens are always missing in the office. I wonder where pens have gone.
